I have Nicole by OPI Holly-Pop Red estimated to have been released for holiday 2003. OPI released several holo polishes in their core line in 2003 in the Summer for Shore collection. Crim-sun from that collection is a match to this one, as they often released identical shades in both lines in the same years as a way to capitalize with their regular customers and the younger “Nicole” clientelle.
